The Lead name has overall responsibility for the holiday home.

The Lead name is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed on the booking form.

The Lead name agrees that all guests staying in the holiday home must be listed on the booking form and registered with the holiday home owner.

The Lead name must give access to the holiday home if reasonably required by the holiday home owner, or Rockley Park staff or contractors.

Rockley Park is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the park will be asked to leave.

The holiday home owner will not accept bookings from persons under the age of 21.

The holiday home owner reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.

WiFi availability is solely at the discretion of Rockley Park and not the responsibility of the holiday home owner.

The offer of a welcome pack is solely due to availability.

No pets allowed.

No same sex groups are allowed.

No smoking in the holiday home.

The holiday home must be left clean and tidy, all rubbish removed from the premises.

In case of any maintenance issue please call 07920 292059 and Rockley Park maintenance will be called. Please do not attempt to fix anything.

In order for the holiday home to be cleaned and inspected, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure; failure to vacate on time will result in an additional charge of £30 per hour.

No keys will be released before the designated check in time on the day of your arrival. Check in time is normally 3pm.

Damage and Additional Cleaning

Should any damage be caused, or the holiday home require in depth cleaning time, this will be chargeable and will be taken out of the £100 damage/breakages deposit.
All damage will be logged and photographs will be taken to assist the holiday home owner. Should the £100 payment not be sufficient to cover the extra cleaning, or damage caused, the Lead name will be required to pay the outstanding balance. Which must be received within 14 days to avoid legal action being taken.
PLEASE NOTE - Photographs are always taken and kept on file should any claim be disputed.
If hiring bedding all beds must be stripped and returned to reception for a full return of deposit.

Payment Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £150 must be paid within 7 days of making a provisional booking or it will be cancelled. A booking form must also be completed at this time and returned to the holiday home owner.

The balance is to be paid no later than six weeks before the start of the holiday.

The Lead name shall make a payment of £100 damage bond at the same time as making the final payment. This payment is kept safe and payment is returned within 14 days of departure at the end of the hire period, if there is no damage, items missing, and the holiday home is left in a clean and tidy condition. Or in the event of cancellation once the hirer confirms cancellation in writing.
Also for any items left behind by the holiday maker the Lead name must pay postage in full from the £100 damage bond.
